Virginia Tech and Megan Duffy picked up a commitment on Thursday from Kaleo Anderson, a top-100 prospect in the class of 2026.

The 5-foot-11 guard from just north of Seattle took a cross-country visit to Blacksburg this week and committed shortly after. She's the Hokies' first pledge in the class.
A four-star prospect who is No. 66 in ESPN's recruiting rankings for the class of 2026, she's a three-time MaxPreps All-American. She earned honorable mention honors as a junior after averaging 23.9 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
Anderson broke her program's records for points and rebounds as a junior, hit the game winner in the state semifinal and was the MVP of the state tournament despite King's losing in the championship game. She's a two-time Emerald Sound Conference MVP, too.
Though she's 5-11, she's an excellent rebounder who can play any of the three backcourt positions and is a good fit for the Hokies' guard-heavy offense.
