He's the second starter on Virginia Tech's offensive line to go into the portal on Monday, joining left tackle Xavier Chaplin. The 6-foot-3, 303-pound Moore started 24 games the last two seasons, turning in a 69.2 grade on Pro Football Focus last season.
The Hokies are already losing Parker Clements and Kaden Moore, Braelin's older brother, to graduation, meaning an overhaul is coming on the O-line. Bob Schick, who plans to use his final season of eligibility, is the only returning starter.
Tech has nine returning scholarship players on the O-line, with two signees, Carter Stallard and Nathaniel Wright, joining the program soon.
