Virginia Tech picked up a late commitment from 2025 cornerback Jordan Crim on Tuesday evening. He is expected to sign with the Hokies on Wednesday. Crim is from Camden, S.C., and is ranked as the No. 29 prospect in that state by 247Sports.
Crim visited Virginia Tech back on June 22. He also took other official visits this summer to Duke, Georgia Tech and Georgia Southern. Despite getting his visits out of the way early, he took awhile to make his decision, but finally settled on the Hokies.
Listed at 6-1, 175, Crim needs to add size, but he’s similar in build to Dorian Strong at the same stage. He is also listed with offers from Vanderbilt, UCF, NC State, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State and Indiana, plus numerous programs from smaller conferences.
Crim is commitment No. 18 of the 2025 recruiting class and the second cornerback, joining Green Run’s (Virginia Beach, Va.) Knahlij Harrell.
