Virginia Tech quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator Brad Glenn is heading to Cincinnati to serve as the offensive coordinator for the Bearcats, per multiple reports, including The Athletic and 247Sports.
TechSideline.com understands that the news is true, and Brent Pry is currently in the market for a coach to replace Glenn. We also understand that the process is pretty advanced, and a new coach will be hired sooner rather than later, meaning that Glenn’s move has been in the works for awhile now.
Glenn served on the Virginia Tech coaching staff for one season before departing. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Georgia State. He also served on the Appalachian State coaching staff along with current Cincinnati head coach Scott Satterfield.
