Virginia Tech is off to a 4-0 start in 2017, and that success seems to be paying dividends on the recruiting trail. The Hokies picked up their first commitment for the Class of 2019 on Sunday in athlete Jahad Carter.

Carter is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound player out of Henrico High School in Richmond, Va. Carter plays wide receiver and cornerback for Henrico. Virginia Tech and Temple are currently Carter's only scholarship offers.
