Young turned in a stellar junior season in 2008, throwing for 3,089 yards and 31 touchdowns with only five interceptions. He rushed for 780 yards and 11 scores as well, leading H.D. Woodson to a 7-4 overall record including a Turkey Bowl win over Dunbar.
