He is regarded as one of the most, if not the most, exciting college football players in history. He went on the be the #1 draft pick in the 2001 NFL Draft.<br /> <br /> Vick was ranked #3 in the state of Virginia by The Roanoke Times. He was overshadowed by Ronald Curry, the #1 player in the state. SuperPrep rated Vick the #5 quarterback in the nation.
