Keenan Carter signed with the Cavaliers in February of 2002, however did not make the necessary eligibility requirements. He will attend Fork Union Post Graduate program in hopes of reaching eligibility requirements. Carter plans on attending UVA in Fall of 2003, where he would play the nose tackle position. He is working on getting in proper shape while at Fork Union in addition to sharpening his impressive ability.
