As a junior, James Terry rushed for 700 yards and scored 10 touchdowns despite missing four games due to an ankle injury. Terry is a big, bruising back who runs extremely hard. He has the potential to grow into a versatile fullback on the collegiate level. <br /> <br /> Cardinal District defensive player of the year as a senior, Terry totaled 84 tackles in eight games, with four forced fumbles and three recoveries; also rushed for 914 yards and seven touchdowns and caught 13 passes for 189 yards. He signed with Virginia in 2003, picking the Cavaliers over VT, Maryland, and Pittsburgh, but was forced to attend Fork Union when denied by admissions. He will sign again with Virginia in 2004.
