He earned AP second-team Group AA All-State honors as a junior. <br /> <br /> Coach Keith Smith: “Firstly, he’s 6-4, 230 pounds. He has excellent range and instincts, and he’s intense. Darryl makes plays from sideline to sideline, and moves extraordinarily well for his size. We haven’t timed him, but I’d say he runs in the 4.65 or 4.7 40 range.”
