Goes by the nickname, "Turtle." ESPN.com ranks Cutler as a 4-star prospect and the no. 19 quarterback (pocket passers) in the nation in the class of 2013. Cutler threw for 1,703 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior in 2011. He attended Indian River High School (Chesapeake, VA) his freshman and sophomore years before transferring to Ocean Lakes before the start of his junior year. Quote from head coach Chris Scott: "First there is his ability to throw. I feel like he has got one of the better arms in the state. He has a very strong and accurate arm. Plus, he's added about 26 pounds of muscle since he has been with us. He's really improving his grades and transcripts."
