   Sigh…why EVERY YEAR does it seem our thinnest position to begin with is where the injuries start…LB with Santiago and Williams both MIA already? That’s not good

   Why am I expecting weak LB play this year? “Right now, I probably wish we had another piece there,” defensive coordinator Brent Pry said Sunday. “Those guys are playing multiple positions, all of them.” Linebackers who are not overly skilled at one position are being forced to play several LB positions.

      We will be good. Need the top 3 to stay healthy. The third string of trFR are very high ceiling guys who just don’t know where they’re all running yet and need experience

         Right. Losing Williams is big because of his “blue chip” status coming in. Santiago had a few tackles last year. Maybe some freshmen surprise with more reps this camp.

      Typical Pry "Understatement." Kind of like his "Just nicketed-up" about injuries from his HC days. LBs & Safety are our two most needed improvement from past four years. Now doing the cross-training bit.
